The Fitzroy Strikers Champions Cup 2025 was a landmark event for our club. The 2025 Community 7-Side Tournament was a tremendous success that showcased the power of community football. On January 4, 2025, Fitzroy Strikers FC hosted an exciting intra-club tournament at Gower Park. Four internal teams—FS Chakravyuham, FS Destroyers, FS Spartans, and FS Cobras—competed in a round-robin group stage followed by knockout matches to determine the champion.

This tournament was a fantastic opportunity for our club members to compete, showcase their skills, and strengthen team bonds. The day was filled with intense competition, great football, and memorable moments that exemplify the spirit of Fitzroy Strikers FC.
Our senior men's team has participated in numerous friendly matches against local and regional opponents. These matches provide valuable competitive experience and help build team cohesion while maintaining the community spirit that defines our club.
Our junior development program has provided training and mentorship to young players aged 6-14. These sessions focus on skill development, teamwork, and creating a fun, inclusive environment where kids can grow as athletes and individuals.
We've hosted multiple community training events bringing together players of all abilities for fitness, skill development, and social football. These events strengthen our community bonds and provide accessible opportunities for everyone to enjoy football.
